Description:

iAOS Solutions seeks a Software Engineer to design, create, test, and maintain automation software application tools for our clients. Specific duties include: create design documents; work on the implementation of the software tools; write test cases; use software languages such as C# and SQL to implement the software application tools; maintain the software application tools; participate in design analysis, best coding practices, post-project analysis and customer feedback discussions. Position is based out of our client’s office in Schaumburg, IL, but will report to our headquarters at Warrenville, IL office. Position may require travel within the U.S.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Specialist, or in similar software development position. In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field of study, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Specialist, or in similar software development position. Specific experience must include 3 years with each of the following: complete software development life cycle, including requirements’ capture, design analysis, implementation algorithms and techniques, testing scenarios and documentation write-ups; C++ or JAVA programming language; HTML; TFS or Git configuration management; and Oracle or Microsoft database experience. Must be willing to travel within the U.S.

3. Senior RF Design Engineer

Description: Understanding of LTE design, parameters & hardware (antenna selection, RRH…).
Expert in Microsoft XLS and macros.
Subject matter expert in Atoll set up, running simulation & Monte Carlo analysis.
Depth knowledge of Atoll ACP with optimization.
Able to work in tight timeline with extended hours.
KPI generation and analysis with mitigations plan to meet National thresholds.
Set-up, calibration, utilization, and data processing of various design and optimization equipment and software tools(i.e. ATOLL, ASSET, PlanetEV, Accuver XCAL/XCAP, ASCOM TEMS, DATAPro, Actix, Windcatcher).
Perform site candidate evaluation and selection. Support leasing/zoning teams (i.e. finalize/review radio frequency affidavits and documentations).
Work with common industry propagation software tools (i.e. PlanetEV, ATOLL, Asset, EDX, etc.) for model calibration, drive test data post-processing, map generation, frequency planning and interference matrix analysis, site database maintenance, etc.
PIM experience is a plus.

4. RF Design Engineer
